Combining CoolSculpting With Exercise For Better Results

Would you like to get your abs in shape? Your arms or your upper thighs? Men and women have been using CoolSculpting, a quick and painless procedure, to get rid of stubborn fat.

Cryolipolysis is a precise cooling method that CoolSculpting uses to eliminate fat cells without hurting the tissue around them. With this cutting-edge treatment, you can get rid of unwanted body fat.

But what if you combine this procedure with exercise? Will it work better? Check out the answer today, as Montville Medical provides you with the best solution.

CoolSculpting

CoolSculpting is a service Montville Medical experts offer to people who want to get in shape. But will combining your diet and exercise with CoolSculpting help you get better results?

When you come to our top clinic, our technicians can walk you through the process and tell you what to expect to live a healthy life. But how does it work?

How CoolSculpting Functions

CoolSculpting is safe and has been approved by the FDA to eliminate fat visible in larger areas, like the stomach, sides, hips, thighs, and back. You can never use it in hard-to-reach spots like under the chin and along the jawline.

Cool temperatures are applied to specific areas until the fat cells die this procedure to work. The body then takes care of the cells on its own. Over time, as the treated cells are thrown away, the treatment areas get smaller.

CoolSculpting sessions usually last between 30 and 60 minutes for people who only want to treat one area. To start noninvasive body sculpting, a team member will put a soft pad over the area that needs to be changed.

Then, a unique applicator is put in place and strapped down. Because the handpiece works with suction, it is common for the patient to feel slightly pulling and tingling.

But most people don’t think these appointments are painful. As soon as the applicator sends the cooling technology, cryolipolysis will start.

Who are The Ideal Candidates For CoolSculpting?

People sometimes have pockets of fat that don’t go away when they try to lose weight naturally. If you are within 30 pounds of your goal weight but don’t want to have surgery, CoolSculpting could be the best option for you.

When you meet with our team at Montville Medical, you can discuss your cosmetic goals and find out if noninvasive body sculpting is right for you. People thinking about getting CoolSculpting should know it is not a complete way to lose weight and won’t make loose skin tighter.

CoolSculpting is safe, has no recovery time, and is an excellent alternative to liposuction that doesn’t involve surgery. Those who get fat-frozen get the following benefits:

  • Reduce small fat deposits
  • Choose a procedure with a high rate of happy patients.
  • See the results you can see, and that last.

Getting The Most out of Your CoolSculpting

Since the fat-freezing procedure does not involve surgery, you can return to your everyday life afterward. Some possible side effects include redness, mild bruising or swelling, and temporary numbness at the treatment sites.

But this isn’t too bad, and it should go away in a few days to two weeks. Even though patients may start to see results in about three weeks, the best results only show up for up to three months. Our staff can tell you how to take care of yourself after CoolSculpting to get the best results.

Maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle After CoolSculpting

A healthy lifestyle is a great way to improve the results of CoolSculpting. We tell our patients to eat healthy foods and work out regularly. Even though your body doesn’t make new fat cells, the ones already there can get bigger.

You might gain weight if you don’t work out or eat right. If you need help keeping the results of CoolSculpting, you should talk to your primary care doctor or a dietitian in your area.

Advantages of Exercise

Seeing results from CoolSculpting can make you feel better about yourself and boost your confidence. You’ll feel good about yourself if you keep getting results.

Exercise is a big part of how this healthy body looks and feels. The first is to speed up the process of losing fat.

The second is that dopamine is made when you work out. Getting in shape is like a gift that keeps on giving.

When you work out, chemicals in your brain are released that make you happy. Combined with CoolSculpting, exercise is a great way to improve your mental and physical health.

The next time you put off going to the gym when you were supposed to, remember that good habits can become just as hard to break as bad ones. Change those bad habits into good ones, and you’ll start to feel and look better.

What Happens If You Don’t Exercise?

Fat cells could come back if you don’t work out during or after your CoolSculpting sessions. The fat will come back because of the same habits that caused it in the first place.

Exercise is a proven way to keep results for a long time. CoolSculpting allows you to speed up and improve your weight loss and exercise results.

Think of it as a chance to start over and get the body you want. Your appearance can change as you work out. This makes the skin look less saggy, which can happen when fat cells are lost.

Getting your body in shape is an investment. Please take steps to make sure your procedure lasts and protects it.

What Workout To Try?

People who get CoolSculpting should do exercises that build muscle because muscle burns fat. Slowly building muscle gives your body the tools it needs to eliminate fat.

Lifting weights is an easy way to get in shape that you can do at home or the gym. The gym gives you more freedom because you can use machines that work out different body parts, and some trainers can teach you how to use the devices safely and correctly.

Aerobic exercise is an excellent way to build up your endurance if you aren’t used to being active. Beginners can go for a brisk walk or take dance classes.

Over time, you can work up to lifting light weights. The worst thing you can do is hurt yourself by overworking your muscles.

People starting should work out for 20 to 30 minutes three times a week. From there, you can make up your routine that fits your schedule and needs.

Give your muscles time to heal in between workouts. Exercise is more like a marathon than a sprint, just like CoolSculpting.
