Donna D’Alessio MD, is the Founder of Montville MedSpa & Pain Center in the heart of Montville, New Jersey. She started the company to help her community look and feel their absolute best. Dr. D’Alessio is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. She completed her Residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. In her final year of residency training she was appointed and served as Chief Resident. Prior to that, Dr. D’Alessio completed her internship in Internal Medicine at SUNY Downstate Medical Center at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn. She completed her Medical Degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada and did her Undergraduate work at The College of New Jersey.

Dr. D’Alessio is both a leading Aesthetic Physicians and Nonsurgical Interventional Pain Management physician in Northern New Jersey. Dr. D’Alessio is the physician who leads the aesthetic injectables team at both Montville MedSpa & Pain Center in Towaco, NJ and our sister practice, Bellava MedAesthetics in Bedford Hills, NY. In Montville her nurse injectors are Amy Natalicchio and Tanya Santoro. She sets the standard they work to — consultation, facial assessment, product choice, technique and follow-up — so every cosmetic injectable treatment here is physician-led, whichever injector you see.

Her own injectables practice covers Botox and Dysport for forehead lines, frown lines and crow’s feet; Botox for excessive underarm sweating (hyperhidrosis) and for chronic migraines; hyaluronic acid dermal fillers for the lips, cheeks, chin, jawline and under-eyes; and collagen-stimulating Sculptra and hyperdilute Radiesse. Her training in physical medicine and rehabilitation — the specialty of muscles, nerves and movement — gives her a detailed understanding of the facial muscles a neurotoxin relaxes, which is why the goal is always softer lines with your natural expression intact.
