Donna D’Alessio MD, is the Founder of Montville MedSpa & Pain Center in the heart of Montville, New Jersey. She started the company to help her community look and feel their absolute best. Dr. D’Alessio is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. She completed her Residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. In her final year of residency training she was appointed and served as Chief Resident. Prior to that, Dr. D’Alessio completed her internship in Internal Medicine at SUNY Downstate Medical Center at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn. She completed her Medical Degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada and did her Undergraduate work at The College of New Jersey.
Dr. D’Alessio is both a leading Aesthetic Physicians and Nonsurgical Interventional Pain Management physician in Northern New Jersey. Owner/CFO/CMO Nick Adams oversees both the financial and marketing actions along with the day-to-day operations at Montville MedSpa.
A seasoned medspa owner, Nick entered the business when he, along with his wife Dr. Donna D’Alessio, founded the highly regarded Montville MedSpa & Pain Center in Montville, New Jersey. At Montville, Nick spearheaded all of the business strategies and marketing solutions. He brings to Montville a keen understanding of what makes for an outstanding medspa experience. First and foremost, this includes a top-notch medical and aesthetics team who place a strong emphasis on customized patient care.
Nick attended University of New Hampshire as an undergraduate and the MBA program at NYU’s Stern School of business where he majored in Accounting and Finance. He spent the early part of his career working as CFO for prestigious New York City law firms, including Cohen Robin Stine Schumann, LLP and Fabiani Cohen & Hall, LLP. Additionally, Nick is active in fundraising for the University of Miami athletic program.
In his spare time Nick enjoys softball, boating, and spending time with his wife and twin girls.

Amy has been practicing medicine for 25 years. After attaining a Master’s Degree and becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked in Cosmetic Dermatology, where she found her true passion: the combination of Science and Art for Facial Rejuvenation. Amy’s mission is to help people feel happier and more confident. She has been trained by Allergan (manufacturer of Botox and Juvederm), Merz, and Galderma, as well as top injectors.
Amy is highly qualified to safely and effectively administer Botox and a wide variety of Dermal Fillers. Amy’s results are natural and beautiful. Additionally, she enjoys restoring radiance to her patients’ skin with Laser and Light Based Devices. She is well versed in multiple skin care lines and will design a skin care regimen for you based on your skin’s unique needs. If you are looking to feel refreshed and rejuvenated without appearing overdone, Amy will guide you with love and care.
AESTHETIC NURSE
I have been a registered nurse for 10 years working in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, as well as, the operating room. I am certified in Botox and Fillers, and continue to educate myself as new products and techniques advance. I am currently in the process of obtaining my degree as a Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, exploring new restaurants and spending time with friends and family.
I believe that age is just a number, but beauty lasts forever. I am committed to not only providing cosmetics services, but aiding in the medical services that we provide, as well.
HEAD AESTHETICIAN
Kristen graduated from the Artistic Academy in Morris Plains, New Jersey in 2003. Kristen is a licensed aesthetician who is experienced in all med-aesthetic treatments. She has worked as a skincare specialist for the past 16 years and has extensive knowledge in performing facials, microdermabrasion, glycolic peels and microneedling.
Her ultimate goal is to help patients achieve beautiful, healthy, radiant skin. Kristen is highly skilled in analyzing all skin types to create an optimal and unique treatment plan for each patient. In addition, Kristen also specializes in all types of waxing, including eyebrow shaping and hair removal on all areas of the face and body.
Kristen takes great pride in her work and is committed to making all of her patients look and feel their absolute best.
AESTHETICIAN
Phoenix graduated from La James International College in Des Moines, Iowa. She’s experienced in numerous skin care procedures, and product lines. She also specializes in lash lift & tinting.
Giving patients a regimen tailored to their needs to achieve skin they love is her passion. As well as creating a relaxing, yet beneficial service to every one of her clients.
REGISTERED VASCULAR SPECIALIST
Ana went to Maryland University where she received her Vascular Sonographer and Physics Instrumentation degree. She has 10+ years of experience working as a Vein Specialist and assisting physicians in venous diagnosis, treatment, and procedures. Ana does volunteer service in her free time and loves nature and outdoors.

Stacey has a background in bookkeeping for 34 years. She decided to try something different and was drawn into the beauty industry because of her own personal passion in the industry. She loves helping people and sharing her experiences with others about procedures and products.

Prior to her time at Montville, she spent a decade gaining experience in all areas of medical administration and patient care.
