Just over the county line
West Caldwell has run its own affairs since February 24, 1904, when it was formed from part of what was then Caldwell Township, and its residents voted to make it a township in 1981. Nearly all of its neighbors are Essex County towns, among them Caldwell, Essex Fells, Fairfield, North Caldwell and Roseland. The exception is East Hanover, in Morris County, and a few miles farther into Morris County you will find Montville MedSpa & Pain Center, at 624 Main Road in the Towaco section of Montville Township.
The route, step by step
OpenStreetMap’s routing puts the trip at roughly eight miles and about 16 minutes without traffic. Take Passaic Avenue to Bloomfield Avenue and follow Bloomfield Avenue west until it joins Route 46. Leave 46 at Hook Mountain Road, make the short jog onto Horseneck Road, and turn onto Pine Brook Road, which carries you north into Towaco. Whitehall Road then brings you out on Main Road, which is Route 202, beside our office.

The team behind the front desk
Every part of the practice answers to its founder, Dr. Donna D’Alessio, MD. She is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, served as Chief Resident during her residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, and today leads both the injector team and the pain care. Nurse practitioners Amy Natalicchio and Tanya Santoro inject alongside her, and Tanya brings a particular focus on testosterone therapy to the hormone program. Facials, lasers and body treatments belong to licensed medical estheticians Kristen Marucci and Shannon Glinsky, while Maryann Constantino, LMT is the practice’s massage therapist.
Opening hours
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday run from 9 am to 5 pm, Tuesday from 10 am to 7 pm, Friday from 9 am to 4 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. The office is closed on Sundays.
West Caldwell patients ask
Could my partner and I both be seen about hormones? Yes. Testosterone therapy for men and estrogen and progesterone therapy for women are both part of the program, and each person gets their own lab work and their own plan.
I only want to talk first. Is that possible? It is. A consultation is a conversation about what bothers you, and nothing is booked or injected until you have decided.
Is there a page for the towns next to mine? There is: see North Caldwell, Fairfield, Roseland and East Hanover, or every town we serve.
Where do I find current promotions? They are kept up to date on our special offers page.
