Botox & Dysport for Pequannock, NJ

Softening the lines you have and slowing the ones to come — about nine minutes from Pequannock, in Towaco.

Donna D'Alessio, MD

Down Jacksonville Road, no highway needed

From most of Pequannock Township you can reach us without going near Route 23. Take the Boulevard to Jacksonville Road and stay on it until it meets Main Road in Towaco; our office is at number 624. From the middle of the township that is about five miles, roughly nine minutes without traffic, and closer to ten from Pompton Plains.

Starting before the lines set in

Not everyone who books a neurotoxin appointment has a deep crease to erase. A growing number of patients in their mid-to-late twenties begin early, before expression lines become etched into the skin. The reasoning is straightforward: a wrinkle forms where a muscle folds the skin in the same place day after day, so relaxing that muscle now may keep the crease from deepening later.

This is sometimes called “baby Botox.” The doses are deliberately conservative, so your face keeps its natural movement while you build long-term prevention.

Correcting lines that are already there

Where lines have formed, the same treatment softens them. Common areas include:

  • horizontal forehead lines, treated in the frontalis muscle so your brows can still lift
  • the “11s” between the brows, a zone where Dysport has been specifically studied and approved
  • crow’s feet spreading from the outer corners of the eyes
  • bunny lines on the nose, a dimpled chin, lip lines and neck bands

Who will treat you

Your injections are given by Dr. Donna D’Alessio, MD or one of her nurse practitioners, Amy Natalicchio and Tanya Santoro. Dr. D’Alessio leads the team and sets the standard each injector follows, from the facial assessment to the follow-up.

Pequannock patients ask

How young is too young? Neurotoxin treatment is for adults aged 18 and over. Whether starting early makes sense for your face is a question for your consultation.

Will preventative doses make me look frozen? No. Conservative dosing is the whole point: softer movement, not none.

How often would I need to come back? Most patients return every three to four months, and your injector will suggest a rhythm once they see how your results hold.

Can I book on a weekend? Saturday mornings, from 9 am to 1 pm. We also stay open until 7 pm on Tuesdays.
