One tool, not a facelift in a syringe
Hyaluronic acid (HA) filler is very good at one thing: putting back volume the face has lost. It can restore projection to the cheekbones, define a chin, soften smile lines and marionette lines, and give the lips shape. What it cannot do by itself is lift skin that has truly loosened, or tighten a neck. Knowing where that line falls is the difference between a natural result and an overfilled one, and the practice aims for balance and proportion, never trends.
What else can join the plan
When the goal is a fresher face overall, Montville MedSpa & Pain Center can combine several treatments, each with its own job:
- Filler for hollows and contours. Juvéderm Voluma XC in the cheeks, Volux XC along the chin and jaw, and Ultra Plus XC or Vollure XC for folds.
- PDO threads for lift. Dissolvable threads form a supporting framework beneath sagging cheeks, jowls or brows, and the result builds over two to three months as collagen grows around them.
- Vivace RF microneedling for firmness. Radiofrequency heat delivered through fine needles prompts the skin to make new collagen and elastin.
- Botox or Dysport for movement. The lines made by frowning, squinting and raising the brows.
Layered together, these make up what the practice offers as a non-surgical facelift.
Who it suits, and who it does not
Non-surgical treatment is designed for mild to moderate change: some lost volume, some loosening of the skin, and realistic hopes for a gradual improvement. Severe sagging, very crepey neck skin or the expectation of a surgical result from injections are outside what it is built for, and your consultation will tell you so plainly.
From your part of Wayne
Wayne covers about 25 square miles, so the drive depends on where you start. From the Willowbrook Mall area it is about six miles by Two Bridges Road and Pine Brook Road, then Route 202, roughly 13 minutes without traffic. From Mountain View, Route 202 runs all the way to our door at 624 Main Road in Towaco, under five miles and about nine minutes.
Wayne patients ask
Who does the injecting? Dr. Donna D’Alessio, MD leads the injector team, with nurse practitioners Amy Natalicchio and Tanya Santoro, and you see the same provider from consultation through follow-up.
Can it be undone? HA filler can be dissolved with an enzyme, hyaluronidase.
How long do threads last? The threads themselves are absorbed over four to six months, and a repeat thread lift is usually considered after one to two years.

What Our Patients Say About Us
★★★★★
Shannon from the MedSpa is absolutely amazing! She took the time to really understand my skin and helped me figure out exactly what it needs. She recommended products that feel incredible on my skin and made the whole experience feel personalized. The room was so relaxing, and everything about the appointment was perfect. I’m someone who usually pushes off getting facials, but after finally getting one done, it was 100% worth it. Overall a 10/10 experience!
