MedSpa & Pain Care for Verona, NJ

A township carved from the Horseneck Tract

Verona began as part of the Horseneck Tract, the land Newark settlers bought from the Lenape in 1702, which later became Caldwell Township. Local people called their part of it Vernon Valley until the Postal Service declined that name, and on February 17, 1892, they voted to govern themselves. The township covers under three square miles between the two Watchung ridges and is home to Verona Park, the fifth-largest park in the Essex County system. Montville MedSpa & Pain Center sits about a dozen miles to the north-west, at 624 Main Road in the Towaco section of Montville Township.

Out of the valley on Route 23

From Bloomfield Avenue, Verona’s main street, turn onto Pompton Avenue, which is Route 23 under a local name. Follow it north past Cedar Grove to the Mountainview Boulevard exit, where you pick up Route 202. That road crosses Lincoln Park and turns into Main Road as it enters Towaco; our door is at number 624. OpenStreetMap’s routing makes that roughly twelve miles, about 21 minutes without traffic.

What happens at a first visit

You do not need the name of a treatment to book. Most first appointments here follow the same four steps:

1. You describe the problem. A frown line, flagging energy, weight that will not shift, a knee that aches on the stairs: say it in your own words.
2. A clinician looks before suggesting anything. An injector watches how your face moves, hormone levels are measured before any prescription, and a painful joint is examined by Dr. D’Alessio herself.
3. You leave with a plan and its cost. Filler consultations end with a full estimate, for example, and nothing is done until you have decided. Treatment can be spread over monthly payments through Cherry.
4. Follow-up is part of the plan. Filler is checked one to two weeks later, hormone plans come with repeat labs, and weight-loss injections with regular check-ins.
